Xbox mini fridge blinking light

Hello, I got the Xbox Series X replica mini fridge this summer (like four months ago) and used it throughout all summer, up until a month ago when I unplugged it. Before doing so I cleaned it, dried it up and even emptied of all the cans and bottles I used to keep inside. Haven't used it since. Now I wanted to start using it again but it looks like it's not working properly. All the lights are blinking and when in "max mode" I can't hear the fan anymore. I can only hear a light "tick" going on with the blinking lights, like the fan is stuck and can't work properly. Plus inside doesn't feel cool at all.

Is there any way I can fix this or I can only ask for a refund?

I read on Reddit about an user who got an ac to dc converter because the ac port is not very well made and the dc works better. Is that right?
