Have you tried to clear your cache? This will redownload all the updates for your games on that storage device. Here's an article on clearing your cache.

I had cleared the cache three times. This action had not triggered a redownload of the game update. I just cleared the cache again three times, and no redownload was triggered. The Title Update date still remains at 9/6/14.

There is probably a problem with saving on your game then. You could always try deleting the game and reinstalling it, clearing your cache, the usual stuff people say to do.

If I were you, I would go to a minecraft forums or contact the developers of the game. This is a problem with minecraft, and not xbox so you shouldn't really expect people to know how to fix this problem unless they are a fan of minecraft.

direct email for support, but you do have the option to request a call back from a live Xbox Support agent if you wish to as well.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

You may need to switch up options/topics to get the option for a chat or call back. Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. If you prefer to speak to a virtual agent via this method, you may choose
to do so as well.
