Xbox Minecraft Download Problems (Marketplace)

I keep trying to download maps from the market place, and it doesn’t work. When I “download” a map it sticks me into a loading bar that never goes up. When I restarted my game and exited out, it just says “Downloading Content” but hasn’t downloaded in a whole day!

Sadly that didn’t work and I lost a few accounts since I don’t remember there connected outlook accounts.

Since nothing worked, try to factory reset your Xbox:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep my games & apps.

If this doesn't work too, I think you should contact Minecraft support to see if everything is good with your account, since all troubleshooting steps were done and nothing worked:

I tried this and the Minecraft re download part worked but I still can’t download my world.

Did you try to uninstall and then install again Minecraft? If not, please try to do it. If it doesn't work, please let me know.
