Xbox/Microsoft store Transaction Error

So as of right now, I have recently redeemed two $25 Xbox Gift Cards within the Microsoft store. After fully redeeming them and then going to buy something from the store itself, my billing states that the money I've recently added wasn't on the account.
(eg. lets say previous account amount was $1 then adding the cards would've been $51, after going to buy something, the amount still stays the same as $1) I've recently checked my account to see that the transaction for the money being added into my account
were there for both Microsoft store and billing information on the Xbox platform however only don't show when purchasing and item on the Xbox platform AND I'm unable to purchase and item doing so.

If anyone has any information on fixing this issue please let me know.

P.S.

several attempts i tried were:

- Removing then re-adding the account.

- opening up the transaction window on Xbox platform then checking the billing and going back.

- I attempted to gain contacted help via. Xbox Support however, none was available.

Unfortunately that didnt help and i have no alternative accounts in which the transaction went into nor the billing as well, basically whats actually happening is i redeemed an xbox gift card and while it says i have the money in my account, it doesnt
show and i cant buy nothing on the microsoft store on xbox one.

I had this issue as I have one account set for the country I am currently residing in and one account set for my home country.

I added funds to one account instead of the account I am currently using - This may be the same issue with you if you have multiple accounts on your xbox.

If you do, please check the other account.

Have you checked your order history on your account page? If you made any purchase with your account it should pop up there.

If you could not find any purchase you could also go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/billing. There you get an option to set up a call back.

Sadly we cannot assist with this matter on these forums, you will want to reach out to MS Customer Support right away when they open. Also, I would recommend changing your account password.
