xbox/microsoft sign in w my moms ex bf

when i was about 9 or 10, my mom and her bf (now ex) bought me an xbox and signed into it with his email. they broke up in 2020 and i forgot to change it, and it gave me a "please sign in with microsoft" 2 years ago, still havent gotten into it. i have tried and tried again with microsoft and xbox but i cannot talk to a REAL PERSON. i have evidence, linked accounts, everything. my only problem is that its all AI. what the hell do i do?? ive tried to contact my mom's ex bf, his fiance, his friends. none of them are helpful.

the account is giri afraid, someone has access to it and is clearly on it. i want a real person. i have been trying for two years.

i'm sorry no one can give you access to his account and he is not allowed to transfer it to you even if you could get in touch with them.

just got the xbox one for my son for christmas. we weren't able to sign into my account so we signed in w/ my son's account. that worked, but im still unable to sign in under mine to play w/ him.

So there is NO way to uplink my mom MicroSoft Account from My Xbox Account and link my MicroSoft Account to My Xbox Account
