    I do not even know where to begin.

    I was recommended posting my thoughts/case to the Xbox Forums by an Xbox Customer Support Agent. Whats funny is the section I would like to post in "Section 11", no longer accepts forums posts, and they are not read. The fact that I was advised to go to
    a certain forum BY AN XBOX CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT, and the section doesn't even exist pretty much sums up my XBOX experience. So here is my case:

    I have been an Xbox Live Customer for 12+ years. I was raised to always be a man, never lie, nor back down for what you believe in. I have been banned 6 times for communications (violating the code of conduct). I was recently banned (last week), for violating
    those some conditions. Since I have been banned multiple times I could't "appeal" my case, I had to answer a set of questions on the code of conduct etc., and get all of those questions right in order to gain access to a case appeal. For starters, 90% of the
    questions are NOT TOUCHED ON IN THE CODE OF CONDUCT. One of the questions, and I quote, "are you allowed to have a purple avatar?". I answered yes, I was wrong. So after that I get locked out of the questionnaire and have to wait 24 hours to try again. Finally
    after the 3rd day I get all 8 questions correct.

    When I go to appeal my case it states the violations I committed. Does not give any specifics or any detailed proof of what I did. In my appeal I asked if Xbox could work with me on the suspension. I received a response stating that my appeal was denied,
    and my suspension upheld. The funny thing is that after the appeal process is when you at Xbox state what I said. The Enforcement team claimed, and I quote, "Specifically, the use of sexual slurs". Now why wouldnt they state this in the first place as to why
    I am banned, so then I can actually appeal my case. In this scenario I could have. These accusations are ERRONEOUS, I have vaild proof that i have never sent 1 message containing a sexual slur. Xbox does not send proof of me doing so.

    Now this is where I really started to get frustrated/annoyed/ and in complete disbelief. There is absolutely NO way whatsoever to come in contact with the XBLET. I called Xbox Support, and NO ONE could give me answers, transfer me to someone who could speak
    on this matter. I would have a better chance of getting Tom Brady on the phone then the XBLET. One of your Xbox customer support agents then suggested that I go to the forums, and go to the enforcement page. I come to find out that the enforcemnt forums are
    not read/replied to, and everything is done through case reviews. SINCE ALMOST A YEAR AGO. Geee great employees, dont even know specifics regarding the company they work for.

    My main reasoning for writing this is because I recently qualified for NBA2k16's Road To The Finals. A tournament on May21st where my team and I compete for $250,000.00. Since I got banned a week before the tourney I am unable to play. 2K Sports Customer
    Service Director and Legal Team all came in contact with Xbox to see if there was anything you could do regarding the suspension. The answer was no since I have been banned before. My biggest issues are that I DID NOT use sexual slurs, and I have proof showing
    this. What kind of an appeal process is it when we dont even know what we are appealing. And I can not be contact anyone regarding this? Its ridiculous. It is even crazier that you wont even work with me. Maybe unban me that day, and reinstate the ban after
    that. Or unban me for a year for all I care, I just think it is WRONG that I have been accused of saying these slurs, when i never did. And you cant even provide evidence to me of doing so. I am in shock after this at how poor your customer service is. Thousands
    of my friends and family will no longer have anything to do with Xbox.

    The worst part is that I received MUILTIPLE MESSAGES from Xbox gamertags telling me that they were going to report me. I know it states that if one million people report you Xbox looks into every one to make sure they are valid. Well its funny that I got
    suspended 2 days after that.

    I hope that someone reads this post and millions agree with me. I know they will. I packed up all of my Xbox games/consoles/accessories/everything, and will be selling them tomorrow. I want nothing to do with a company that treats their customers like trash.

    One last remark, I am not mad because I didnt get my way. I am mad at the process and way you conduct business. And the fact that I got accused for something I didnt do.

    I think it's absolutely shocking Microsoft are not supplying XBOX ONE to XBOX ONE X gamers a free kinect adaptor, its disgrace borderline criminal.

    MICROSOFT FORCED EARLY ADAPTORS TO GET THE KINECT - its not the consumers fault the kinect failed so WHY are we being penalised.

    Microsoft don't even have the decency to offer credit towards the Kinect adaptor. CHARGE AFTER CHARGE but microsoft will just ignore it as per usual.

    When you joined the xbox live service you signed an agreement and through years that you used the service every change made was presented to you as customer for accepting in order to understand and agree upon:

    Among other articles you are warned that harassment in any form will not be tolerated and action will be taken from the enforcement team to provide a grief free gaming environment that all can enjoy. If you engage in harassment towards other users, you could
    receive communications suspensions or temporary account suspensions. According to the agreement you have signed the Enforcement team can suspend the service provided to you temporary or permanently and is not bound to justify its actions.

    I suggest you to use the time off to get acquainted with the Code of Conduct:

    In the future try to be less aggressive in your competitiveness and try to enjoy gaming for gaming sake!

    Actually you would be accused for something you did do

    Please read the forums 11 faq

    It's clearly states how they investigate and no don't listen to youtube

    Despite what you think there is multiple teams who review each case and they get group togetherso that they hold up in court and it makes it easier for them to look at the complaint

    If you have multiple reports of you cheating they will look at it

    Doesn't mean they will ban you

    Every report is looked at but if they are on the same subject they group it so rather then dealing with 1m complaints about 1 match they deal with one complaint about that one match and look at server data not peoples word but server data including your
    interactions

    And it's enforcement.xbox.com for the enforcement team and no there is no point in having a direct number first and foremost that is how enforcement is handled for online games for 2 very legal and good reasons

    1st it wouldn't do you any good because every cheater would be robocalling it and you will never get thru

    That's why you have a moderated posts

    2nd privacy of info the posts are only between you and the enforcement agent they don't have time to deal with millions of calls when they should be dealing with enforcement issues hence why you have the private chat on the enforcement site

    And no they will.never tell you how they caught you

    1million reports won't help you get banned

    Live life and play fair it is that simple

    And yes harassment will hold up in court you will continue to have issues Ymir you don't play nice

    And xbox does take it seriously implied or hidden text counts as well

    Best to read the terms of use of any services

    Harassment is taken seriously and not a joking matter

    Did you not read what the enforcers told you

    It doesn't matter what you think of your msgs

    It's how the community think of how you present yourself

    If you harass someone you get punished

    It is that simple

    Like the other person said read the terms of use and code of conduct

    In is plain English it doesn't matter what h

    I undertand the code of conduct and your procedure. So my question is if my case review stated I specifically used sexual slurs, but I did not send them via text, then how else can this be? I don't use voice chat, other than private parties with my friends.
    So does Xbox listen in to our party chats? Because other than that I'm still pondering on how I got suspended

    Ambassadors are not admits you again. Have to refer to the enforcement page if you want enforfwnrtn

    But as mentioned the code of conduct is pretty clear on harassment

    You do relieve that anyone who reports your msgs whenever in party chats they reviews everything you say in that reported chat right?

    Anything on the their network they can see

    Please read the code of. Conduct

    Anything you do whenever on prartu chat or game chat is recorded

    If reported guess what they review that chat that was reported
