Xbox/Microsoft really needs a better system to handle inappropiate content.

Hello everypony! I have reported inappropriate content many times and we all know the Enforcement Team will take care of it. But my main issue is that I have reported 2 very inappropriate feed items on Xbox, both from the same user. I won't say what they
were but honestly, I thought it was the worst possible thing to have on a feed item. Anyway, I reported same screenshots many times, told Support about it and even asked to speak to Enforcement about it but they can't do that. It took 3 weeks to handle it
and NO ban to the user.

Now, there are even more inappropriate content that is more out there and it's almost been 24 hours and it is still up! I love Xbox, I had it since the Original, and just love everything except this. Sure, I can mute, block, and avoid said user, but that
won't handle anything about the content itself still being viewed. All i'm asking is to give Support better tools to deal with this too because I don't see why not and be able to speak with Enforcement over the phone or through the Xbox site ( same as Support).

Yeah this is pretty stupid. Microsoft really should have had a good handle on this due to the popularity of BB. For their sake they better get it fixed

 

The enforcement team are only a handful of people who have to investigate thousands of reports so it can take time.

Support are nothing to do with enforcement,most of phone/chat support have no idea how xbox live enforcement even works.

The enforcement team don't have a phone number as it would just get spammed all the time by people wanting to know why they got banned/suspended etc. & being abusive.

A lot of phone/chat support is outsourced so don't even work for Microsoft.

Most of the time if anyone receives enforcement action for activity feed/screenshots etc. they get a communication suspension,they will only get banned if they continue to do the same thing.

It's quite rare but sometimes you might get a thank message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but the majority of the time you wont be told anything so wont know if a person has received enforcement action of not.

 

Thank you for responding, Daft Badger. I had those thoughts in mind too however, the screenshot/feed thing needs another report feature for the really inappropriate stuff. Sure, the Enforcement staff could work on the bans and things but from what I've seen,
nobody from Microsoft checks trending feed for the inappropriate things. I'm saying that Support needs tools for these things too if I report really bad content to them. Microsoft needs a better system for this.

One specific user has posted a very bad feed item, ok, I report and after 2 weeks it was removed with no action to the account. Then the user posts another, 3 weeks later with 2 reports from Support staff and finally it was removed with no action. Then a
3rd time, no action to the account. Either I am misunderstanding something or somepony at Enforcement doesn't ban anybody.

 

Also, there really needs to have more staff on trending because anypony can change a game screenshot to an internet screenshot for any game.
