I preordered Quantum Break on April 04, 2016 and I still havent received any of dlc/games that come with it I would really appreciate it if I can get my issue resolved asap thanks.

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Sorry for the frustrations. Official forum support will return on Monday.

 

Eligible users recieiving messages is utter bull. No one is getting any information 12 days since launch.
