xBox/Microsoft Login

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

I'm sorry about the issue you are having. When you try to login on the console, do you get a error code along with the message that its not accepted? Also, since you are able to login online, please update your security proofs and or make sure they are current.

Then, you can clear the system cache (Settings, System, Storage, Hover over the Hard Drive and Press (Y) and Select Clear System Cache. Please do this three times. Once you have done that, if you're profile is already downloaded on the console and you are
trying to sign-in to it please re-download your profile only*. You can do that by going to Settings, System, Storage, Select the Hard Drive that your profile would be downloaded onto, then Profile, Select yours and click Delete Profile Only.

After that, please try to re-download the profile.

Like Microsoft or Xbox live?

I can login on the Microsoft site, I can login on Xbox live services like on the Xbox itself or the Xbox app,

I just can't seem to login to the site, Or atleast when I've logged in the login button becomes solid, and when i try to go to my account, I directly get prompted to a Childs privacy site from Microsoft.

So i can't seem to do anything on the site, and Year in Review doesn't work.

but in some other purchase they mention login to xbox account, in this they mention installing in window 10 pc and login with a Microsoft account

My Xbox account is not banned. When I closed Microsoft account it closed everything Microsoft related for my login. Otherwise I could login my old Xbox account and rename it or just use old Xbox account.
