I did defend you lot even tho you band me in the past for nout and even tho i took it to a complaint level and had to contact microsoft and won i defended you when it came to buying an xbox1 instead of going to playstation BUT i wish i had left you lot your
crap. Get the xbox1 worst dashboard set up ever so mental so diff and for no reason have no private chat now for talking with mates cant find recent players list party chat fails reg on any and all games so lose the ability to talk during games and last night
no friends list you lot are shameful paid hundreds of millions cant even do the job you get paid for and make profit from lol such a waste your console is mince

card numbers....[/quote]To remove the card you'll need to call Support again Call Us and get them to first turn off automatic renewal if it is on and then they can remove the card. Though since
the account is currently locked I expect you'll have to wait until the investigation is over.

Also you don't need to have a credit card attached to your account, I don't and never have done. You only need a card attached if you have your Gold subscription set to automatically renew.

 

Microsoft fails

On the 19th of september, Someone got my account info and used it to purchase 4,000 points on my credit card and used them for fifa packs. Already called microsoft and they told me my account will be locked for up to 25 days...

How can I take my credit card info off my account to make it more secure?, It disgusts me that microsoft requires that you have a working credit card tied to your xbox account, Its as if they want to make it easy for hackers to steal your info and credit

The Xbox One dashboard setup is fairly similar to the 360, and I dont see the reason for you finding the dashboard so difficult too use.

Use a locked party for private chat with mates.

The party chat has been mostly stable so i dont actually see what your on about.

But then again you only wrote to rant and not make anything constructive or ask for help so i dont expect you to care at all anyways and since we are writing everything in one sentence without punctuation o really dont see anybody else but me responding
to your thread so have a good one but i have not had any of the problems you are referring to with mine and i am happy to keep on enjoying the console but you apparently will not mate

 

The party chat only usually fails if someone in the party has NAT issues.

For private chat you can snap the Skype app and use Skype. It even works unsnapped.
