    Hi everyone,

I have a situation with Xbox and Microsoft that is relevant, and I think I have to expose it because this is unacceptable, especially coming from a company like this.

I had a problem with a Microsoft agent outside the support department, and the situation escalated to threats from him and false information regarding the case he was answering.

The guy presented himself as a public relations representative from Microsoft but was answering a support case for some reason.

Not only that, but the guy answered every contact, no matter the department, including the legal department, which I don't think he even has the ability to do because the departments exist for some reason.

This reached a point where I decided to go to the support center and present a complaint with dozens of screenshots of the whole situation, giving the name of the person, case numbers, and conversations.

The case was created, and one month later, I was astonished by the fact that I got an email answering the case, but the answer came from himself, and he wrote that he closed the case after investigating.

In what world do I present a complaint for threats against someone, and the case is sent to the person reported for him to investigate?

According to the law and according to the company's own rules, the personal information of the user has to be protected in these cases. The proofs for sure can't be given to him either, and he can't even know he is being investigated, or nothing makes any sense in the investigation.

My personal information was given to him with the case; he got all the proofs against him, and worse, he even investigated himself.

This kind of thing can't be tolerable, and I am still expecting answers from the company about it.

    :)

like i said in the first post , when i made the complaint i sent screenshots of cases and conversation so , yes the reference number was giving and it was shared with the teams.

the problem with this company is that no one is ever guilty of anything and no one is able to do anything either .

i contacted the support dozens of times , cases were sent to the higher team and answers zero.

they ask me to contact the legal team *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** , i do and what happens next is they open a support request on Azure (for some reason) , then i get an email from the support saying , hey we are here , bye the case is closed .

they dont even talk with me just close the cases and this cant happen because we are not talking about a little company or a third world company .

i cant keep jumping from place to place by their request and no one be able to do a thing about this

Hello MariocoIX, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the service.

When you contacted support were you given a reference number? A reference number for the reason you're contacting is always given so you can keep track on what's been done. If you haven't then it's possible that you weren't fully speaking with an official Microsoft Advocate.

No need to post the reference number here if you did receive one but if you are unhappy with the results you've had then I'd recommend getting in touch with the advocates again and ask to be escalated to a higher tier for more help.
