    Hello, when I connect with the xbox application of my pc in a group, a horrible sound appears in the ears of my friends. By cons I hear them very well. How to solve the problem please ?

    Hello,

    I have made this two achievements but I have not earned them.

    I explain the problem.

    I have made a lot of it on smartphone application to earn xp and by groups.

    I have level up my first group ON THE XBOX to level 20 but nothing popped.

    Same day, I bought my 6th group ON XBOX, but no achievement.

    So, I have erase ALL MY GROUPS and restart from the beginning without application APEX (I heard the problem came from it)

    I have raise to 20 one group and an other but still nothing.

    The same from buying 6 groups.

    I want you to unlock it !

    Please, Thanks.

    Don't say me to do a power cycle and wait for 72 hours, it's already done. Thanks.

    Mine is bt infinity...and ? is there a problem with their kit also did everyone get a micro usb lead with your new xbox one mine only had the earphone line and no USB micro lead

    i'm from Brazil and i have the same problem.

    When I'm in a group with other Xbox the sound gets normal, but when I do group with someone from the PC (XBOX app) to play the crossplataform games, it gets an absurd squeal, please give us a Microsoft

    Hi Gabriel,

    Have you tested your headset on another device like a mobile phone or another PC that was asked earlier? Please try the headsets on another device and make sure they are working fine.

    Also try your headset on the PC you are using on a different application that is not the Xbox app as mentioned earlier on this thread (Skype, Discord, etc.).

    Let us know if the headsets work fine on other devices and other applications on your PC.
