Xbox mic quit

I'm sorry to see any headset issues! It looks like you've most of the troubleshooting that we would be able to do on our end for a third-party headset. If you haven't already, try out another controller with your headset to see if it's the controller causing
the issue. You can also try another console, just to be sure to rule that out.

If those don't work, then I suggest reaching out to Tritton. Since that is a third-party device, we wouldn't be able to troubleshoot any further. However, please let me know if you have any other concerns! I'm happy to help where I can.

I have this exact same issue. The mic will work for a while when playing online games then suddenly quits. I have completely shut down the console and start over on the game and then the mic will work again for a while and then quit. Very frustrating.
I talked others into buying the Xbox One and now they are having the same mic issues so now everyone is hating on the Xbox. This needs some attention on the Microsoft side or they are going to slowly bleed users to other gaming systems.

Last week my mic quit working again (no changes to my setup) but was able to eventually get it working again after closing the game & rebooting my xbox one. This seems buggy and I'm not sure what makes it quit working sometimes.

Hey, I'm in Ohio. I'll be digging out my mic for this game, haven't touched the xbox for quite a bit. I'll add you tonight if I get on Destiny.
