    i have read through many of these forums discussing the issue of xbox mics being able to only listen and not being able to talk. I have tried every solution posted and refuse to buy a new controller or mic because mine are currently brand new. So I was wondering
    if anyone has any idea if this is a problem that's being worked on and if so a time table? I recently purchased Gears remastered and Madden 16 and would love to play them with my friends soon. Thanks!

    Weird issue with mic

    Sounds like NAT or network issues. Sometimes when two people have a certain network config you can play and chat with other people just fine, but not someone else with your same issue.

    My wife and I used to have a similar issue with chat in OG Destiny. Check your NAT and make sure it is open not moderate or strict.

    Xbox Mic Issues

    I just bought a headset for the xbox one. The day I use it fine, that i know of. 2nd day when i join my friends party they say all they hear is a loud screeching noise. I heard of the buzzing of the mic when using a wired controller, which im using because
    my other one is a gen 1. But i never heard of a screcching. I blew into it to make sure no dust was in it. Any suggestions?

    Microphone send ugly noise all the time

    My mic usually has the same problem, but my Xbox Controller's mic port is causing the problem. Either the controller mic port could be their issue, the mic plug-in cord, or the mic in general. Feedback has also had issues with constant screeches.

    Nah that didnt work man, the mic works as ive been using it on the xbox app on my phone and pc. The issue is using it with the xbox console.
