    Hey there xbox messaging :)

    i suggest to power cycle the console...sometimes clearing the cache it helps xbox messaging ;)

    If you have tried all basic trouble shooting. go to:

    Settings

    network

    advanced settings

    alt mac address

    Clear

    Restart

    This will refresh your routers settings and try again. If we can further assist you can reply or repost a new thread so our support agents can help!

    Yes i have multiple times and spent hours of time on the phone and they were no help at all..basically they said its not a high priority

    Keep putting in reports and requests for more tech support , there is something blocked on your account i would also try to get enforcement to look in to it as well as it could have been a mistake on that end as well
