Xbox Messaging Glitch

Hello! For some reason, my Xbox one shows me as having an unread message. I head to messages and don’t have any unread. Then, on the app on my phone, the icon has a red 4, but no messages when opening it.

Ive had a similar glitch with notifications, i think its literally just a glitch.

With messages just ensure that you are checking both normal and xbox message centre messages

I’ve had the issue in the pas. For me, my Xbox randomly selected a chat that was practically all the way down my messages list, and marked it as unread. I just had to find it, and “read” it again.

Have you checked the messages from Xbox Live, they are in a different section to those from your usual messages from Xbox Live accounts.
