    Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Night ,

    So i have been doing follow ups with Xbox Support regarding my Xbox Messenger. My current issue has been going on for over a month now and we still have not been able to resolve the issue. We have spent ever effort to get it fixed but have come up with
    nothing. I can't send messages on Console / App / or my W10 Device. Yet friends can send me Constitution grade messages for days. Yet i cannot send one. Since the issue occurred there has been a spike in Group Messages with me in them , When i go to exit those
    , i get a failed to leave group error. When i send messages , i get a failed to send message and the nice typed out long winded go to < Xbox support site here >. I just finished a check up with another agent today , and we came up with nothing , he suggested
    that i come here and speak with you awesome people. So how about it , Lets hear what you got for ideas or know plans to slay this nuisance of a monster.

    It doesn't come through as an email but as a message on your Xbox, I only noticed it because Smartglass said I had a new message.

    Yes i have multiple times and spent hours of time on the phone and they were no help at all..basically they said its not a high priority

    Keep putting in reports and requests for more tech support , there is something blocked on your account i would also try to get enforcement to look in to it as well as it could have been a mistake on that end as well
