Xbox messages not being sent

Hello,

I am currently unable to send Xbox live messages.

I am NOT receiving an error code, my messages appear in my conversations as if they are sent out but noone is receiving them.

I have spoken with chat support and I am NOT banned or suspended in any way.

My network settings are fine and my NAT is Open.

This problem affects my account on my Xbox One AND on my PC via the Xbox.com messaging app and the PC Xbox One app itself.

Anyone ever have this before?

yep ive had the same problem for the past 3 days. Today my messages are sending but my friend doesnt get them until 30 mins after i sent it and when he replies its the same and i dont recieve a pop up notification but if i go look at my messages new messages
randomly appear.

i've got almost the same problem... i can't send a message in xbox app on windows 10. if i try the app tolds me that the message couldn't be sent und i should try it later....

there is not war word about privacy settings. i tried the steps in ScantilyClouds post but it didn't helped.
