Xbox messages expired and deleted my game codes

I happen to buy a Gears of War Xbox One console that came with game and had a promotion that you receive the backwards compatible games, received those in Xbox messages but didn't use them yet, after a week I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it only
gave me code for pre download for halo wars but the promotion said I would receive the rest at a later date. I happen to go on a trip to Mexico on Dec 18 and when I got back Jan 28 I didn't remember about the codes that I received in my messages and when I
happen to check I had no messages or codes as it either expired or never received. So the codes I am missing are for the 4 backwards compatible games for gears of war collection and halo wars remastered from the time frame of Dec- Jan

Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

Purchased on 11/23/2015 The message with my fallout 3 code had expired and deleted itself before I was able to claim the code to get my free game.

Issue:

“The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired : disappeared. I preordered a digital copy before the game was released and before backwards compatibility was available. I didn't know my message with the code would be deleted.

There is no way to recover the deleted/expired message nor is there a way to resend the code to you.

Xbox Support will also comment on this thread with an official answer, but as I said, usually codes cannot be resent once a message has been deleted or expired.

I received my code for ODST / free month of XBL, but I accidentally deleted the message / the message expired, what can I do?

If you make a post over in this Xbox Support forum, someone there will be able to help you out
For information: Xbox Live messages auto expire after 30 days. If you ever receive a code via one of these messages, make sure to either write it down or store it somewhere like a SMS message or a secure paste bin.

I believe you can try this out even if you think it might be expired. They will let you know if they can help you or not.
