    xbox message component of xbox live on IE 10 does not finish loading


    Help. my xbox live message component of the xobx live web page will not finish loading if I click on that section.

    my profile , friends, settings, subscription, redeem code, all work. I can send a message from a link to the xbox live message webpage account it brings up that specific user and I can type and send but then the page goes to trying but never finishing loading.
    if I check my xbox there is a message there. i have tried on multiple computers in different domain and home groups. same result all on pcs with IE 11. i don't have the app on my phone as i prefer a keyboard that is why i don't use in directly on my xbox.
    the xbox one has all the messages and loads fine. but when i try to go there on xbox live the page never loads. its been doing this for a couple of weeks now. can anyone help. i have cleared history, cache temp folders app data temp files. i cant fix this.

    xbox 360 sends me a message of necessary update, it is loading and never sends it, it does not let me download application or enter the applications that require xbox live

    Hey there, are you seeing the issue if you try an alternative browser on the PC?

    yeah tried chrome and edge. got the rotating circle just spinning on both as well.
