    Xbox merging with Microsoft Rewards


    Due to Xbox merging with Microsoft rewards I have a concern. My Microsoft Rewards account was banned many years ago for botting searches to get points. I'm wondering will this ban be removed? I know a lot of people that are in the same boat from reading the
    forums. I would be very disappointed if this affected Xbox which was, until now, a separate entity. Please help! Xbox merging with Microsoft Rewards :D

    Transition from XBOX rewards account to a suspended Microsoft rewards account

    I have been a loyal microsoft and Xbox customer for years with an active xbox gold membership for almost 2 years now.

    A few years ago my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended.

    Now that XBOX rewards account is migrating/merging with Microsoft Rewards account, I am loosing access to the rewards program.

    Is there a way to restore my Microsoft rewards account in good faith so that I can continue enjoying my XBOX experience?

    The Xbox Live Rewards program for that region is merging with Microsoft Rewards, so it is no longer possible to join our program. For more information, you can read our FAQ at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    What who reported that? What did I even do?

    I called Smwutches over here because that is her favorite things to help with, rewards and enforcement. I also called because I don't know much about either of those topics, so I called someone who did so they could assist better.

    There seems to be an issue/disconnect then as its quite clear the rewards team hasn't replied to multiple topics here. Additionally, with the merge of XBL rewards into Microsoft rewards, the Microsoft rewards team should have access to help Xbox users
    who've been forced over to the new system.
