Xbox menus fps drop

Hey

II bought an Xbox one last week , and I noticed that when I open the achievement menu and navigate it , it feels laggy and not smooth its like around 25fps unlike all other menus all of them feel smooth , even in games like forza 5 some menus have
fps drops , is it just a bug or a defected product ?

I fix the problem for myself. I called Ubisoft tech support because I haven't been able to login to Uplay via the main menu of the game. I would always get a error message saying it couldn't connect to the Ubisoft servers. It turns out that there wasn't
a email address attached to my Uplay account. Once they fixed the problem the game plays smooth now.

Since I had them on the phone I mentioned the stuttering problem and he said it could very well be because of Uplay. He also said it wouldn't hurt to uninstall the game & DLC and re-install them.

To uninstall the game go to game & apps find the game and press what use to be the start button. you should see a option to uninstall the game. Select that and you will be asked if you want to uninstall just the game or the game and all DLC.

I have had the same issues. i will try deleting the Uplay (which i cannot connect to anyway no matter how many times I try [server not responding]) and the DLC to see if it helps. Thanks for the suggestion!

From what you are describing, I think it is a "defected product". I suggest contacting the support desk, or requesting a repair.
