Xbox menus and social problems

I am writing this because as a 16 year old who has been playing xbox since the age of 13 I have encountered many problems with how xbox parties work, for one if i have been in an argument with the party leader they will use it as an excuse to say something
about me as they kick me from the party not only leaving me powerless to stand up for myself but also leaving me isolated. In one of the holidays i was once removed from a party the second i joined for a whole week. I cant express the feelings of loneliness
and just how upsetting it feels to say one thing to then be punished for a week because the xbox menus promote , for me, that the first person online gets to decide who gets to join him. Why not make a vote system that prevents this where everyone in the party
can choose whether to vote because not only was the party leader not speaking to me but i therefore could not speak to the rest of my friends as all they would do is invite me for me to get kicked further making me frustrated and causing an endless loophole
of frustration and anguish as you feel powerless. I once was excluded for 3 days but was invited on the second day to be called a ‘dirty jew’ and kicked straight away. This system promotes bullying and why not just let people use the block button for what
it is for and if someone is giving them a problem or spamming let us use the block button for what it is for instead of this frustrating form of bullying because i often find myself playing by myself as my friends invite me to a party but the party leader
will constantly have their finger on the remove from party button. The main reason i write this is to stop others from going through what i did so i beg that this gets microsofts attention so that my child in 20 years time isnt spending his time online being
left out by someone who gets online first and races home just to make someone elses day less enjoyable.

You have a good point but if i was to do so i would be excluding that other person and i just believe there is a better solution than getting your friends to picks sides on whos party they want to join because that is the reality, it drive people away not
brings them together which is what it has the potential to do i am sure not many people have this problem but when you do it is very hard to solve it and that is why i have typed this.

You say your friends are fine in real life, but they are mean online? Um, yeah, I guess we have different definitions for what we mean by the word friends. Seems like at the very least you need to expand your circle, and start playing with other folks.

As well as the lfg function on console etc, Check out ambassador streams. There are always cool folks there, and they are pretty inclusive, hang around, get to know some of them, engage, join games etc... but you defo shouldn't be tolerating that kind if
nonsense, even from "friends"

I'm sorry to hear that you feel isolated when you are being kicked out of parties. The only thing I can suggest you do is surround yourself with your friends on xbox and invite them to your xbox live party

If i was to block my friend he would know and i believe i would be called a [mod removed] He is nice in real life but when online he likes to be mean and then kick me if i say anything back if i block it is further bait for bullying as he knows he has upset
me . Also my point is all my friends are in that party and there response is to invite to that party where i get kicked.

I completely agree with you but because my friends are in that party i have to put up with him because i cant speak to the rest of them, my problem is that there isnt a fair way that all of my friends can be together as there is bound to be arguments so
why give so much power to one person i suggested to make a voting system just as a way to prevent this so instead of my friends imviting me to get kicked straight away they can help me obvioudly this isnt a perfect idea but i have put up with this for ages
and not only has it happened to me but others and i have tried to say let this other persom join and then i get kicked for disagreeing with the party leader it gibes them so much power to abuse
