Xbox menu screen not loading

Hello ncik_270870, this is really strange, why if you run as you say in the instructions would have to work.

Have you tried switching USB port or testing with another USB stick?

Many thanks for your response.

I've followed the instructions you shared but no joy I'm afraid. I downloaded teh file and copied it onto a flash drive. However, when the flash drive is inserted, the Offline system update option on the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter does not become active.

I've checked that this $SystemUpdate file is the only one on teh flash drive and that it's n teh root directory.

Whast else could I have doe wrong or are there other options?

Hello, I’m having the same issue. I tried this also and ended up calling support because it didn’t work… support says they’re getting a lot of calls for this right now but there is no known time for it to be fixed. He said we just have to keep following the Xbox support page for more details as available. Hopefully they roll out a new update for it soon. 🤞🏻
