Xbox menu problem controller

Please first make sure the controller is firmly plugged into the USB port. You could also try using a different USB port as well to see if that helps.

Other things you can try to solve the issue would be to powercycle the console by holding the power button on it for for 10 seconds till it shuts down or try having only one controller connected at a time. Please also make sure that your controllers and devices are all completely updated.
