Discus and support Xbox menu not showing up in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; When I press the home button to access the menu it won't show up, the screen will then have this tint (as if the menu was there) and it will be quiet.... 1. Xbox menu not showing up

When I press the home button to access the menu it won't show up, the screen will then have this tint (as if the menu was there) and it will be quiet. But when I hold my home button to turn my console/controller off
it works. And yes I have tried fully powering it off and unplugging it! It just wont work, if you know how to fix it please reply!

    :)

Try refreshing your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on and try again. See if that helps and let us know.

Xbox One Home Menu Not Showing Up

    Hey
    DeusCriolo
    ,

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset
on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will reset
the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up. Hope this helps!

    Let us know!

Have you tried a factory reset?

This should be tried along with a power cycle and should fix your issues.

If not try going to the insider app and giving feedback on the preview.
Ok thank you i will try the factory reset
