Xbox Memory issue

Hey all,

It seems to have happened to a lot of people when the new update was released but i have lost all my saved games. When i am in the home section and look at my games and their data it shows the level that i was on before it was wiped but for some reason it
isnt being found in the game. Can anyone help me get the saved games still there into the game?

Please Help!! Memory issue?

I have been playing on a refurbished xbox 360. I just got an ethernet cord to connect it to xbox live. When I go to Xbox live this message appears:

A system update is available from Xbox live. If you decline, you won't be able to connect to XBox live until you tale the update.

So push okay to update it. It tells be I do not have enough storage space to take this update I need a storage device with at least 190MB of free space.

I go to settings and check my hard drive. It says I have 101GB free. The hard drive is formatted to FAT32, and I have been using it to store my game progress. I do not believe it has an internal hard drive.

Any suggestions?!

External drives don't count as drives for update purposes. You'll need to find an internal drive.

Is this on the Xbox 360 or the Xbox One? If on the Xbox One your saves automatically save to the cloud. If you are on the Xbox 360 you may have lost them if you didn't manually move them to the cloud. You may need to start your progress again. Just to be
safe as a suggestion is copy your saves to a USB stick. If it happens again then they are safe and you can simply move them back over.

Just to be clear. My brother has a 4gb Slim and an 8GB USB. He can play Multiplayer just fine.

you cant play with a 4gb system. u can only play the campaign. LMFAO i duno why they make systems with 4GB of space! LOLOLOL WTF is THAT?!?!?! My phone has more memory than that.

BTW dude, do urself a favor and dont b a cheapskate and go get ur self a damn HDD!!!!!

I put only 2 games on my new x box one and it says I have used 250 gb out of 500 gb....what gives?

Are you just listening to songs through the service? If so, you might not need to worry about storage on the phone in the first place..

If you're downloading songs from the service, what sort of phone is it? If your phone supports such a thing, there should be a setting on the phone that tells the phone to save files (photos, music, videos) to the SD card. That depends on the phone
and SD card.
