    My Xbox live membership ran out at the start of the month there, I renewed it a few minutes ago and it's coming up on my subscriptions on my Xbox that it was renewed today but it won't let me access any online features. Any help on this?

    If you're still having trouble with your Xbox Live subscription, give your Xbox One a power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off completely.

    If you're still having membership troubles after that, try removing your profile, followed by a power cycle and then add it back. After giving those steps a try and you're still not able to use Xbox Live, let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support for help with your subscription. Keep us updated with how it goes Xbox Membership :)

    In the moment you convert your membership to ultimate your gold membership is included in that conversion, so if you cancel your ultimate membership you terminate your gold membership as well. In that case you should purchase xbox gold membership again.

    If you already were using payed gold membership before you can't use a trial membership. The purpose of trial memberships is to get to know the xbox live services at fullest not to extended the gold membership time.
