Xbox Membership not activating

I got a 12 month membership from walmart. And after the 1 month with the xbox wore off, my 12 month didnt activate. I've tried everything I could and I just keep going in circles. Microsoft, find it on my account and activate it for me. Cause I cant go
in circles much longer. I'm about to go Crazy cause of it.

The xbox live membership time is calculated from the moment the membership is active under that account.

Did you purchase a code and if so have you entered the code into the store on your xbox?

did you get a error code or anything.

As said check your subscriptions to see if it shows up , using a computer or other device. Get in touch with Microsoft to see if they can tell whats going on .

Or get in touch with the retailer could be the code has not activated. 🤔👍
