Xbox MegaDeal Score Question

So just a few minutes ago I verified my discount for $55. However, after calling customer support and asking about the breakdowns for the discount, I noticed I was just a couple thousand gamerscore short from 15000 ($65 dollar discount). Would it be possible
to reclaim a higher discount if I can complete a couple games within a few days?

I haven't been on my 360 in a while due to #UniLife, and was debating on getting either the Ps4 or One. Figured this incentive was leaning me more towards a one, however, $10 in student terms is like two subways!

So in essence, if I can complete a few games and get to the 15000 threshold, can I reclaim and get a higher discount?

Hi thanks a lot for the reply! So yeah my account is set to canada i checked through the link you gave me! And yes i am in my home in canada trying to access the site and its still not guy

Thanks, ThaSynicalKing! It looks like investigating teams found that, while your Billing account is set to Canada, your Xbox Live account isn't. This is a rare occurrence within our system, and it can only be resolved by
contacting phone support directly. They should be able to get you to the right team to look into this further for you, and hopefully resolve this issue.

However, if they do not help you to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. We will want to dig into that.

If they get you fully sorted out and you have confirmation of this, please post back so that we can work with the investigating teams to verify on their end. We'll be able to continue from there.

The discount code you receive is dependent on what your Gamerscore was once the promotion launched. Any additional Gamerscore earned after the promotion launch does not get counted. Hope this helps clear it up!
