    Xbox Marketplace unable to use my last $1.00. Help...


    I use my Bing rewards to get the $3.00 gift cards. I was able to buy some Avatar items and I have $1.00 left. Have not gotten charged for any sales tax since I live in AZ. But I am unable to use the last $1.00 even though the item costs $1.00 but it has
    +tax at the end. I have both of my receipts and neither of them charged sales tax it. Both items were $1.00. Anyone know why it keeps giving me insufficient funds? Is it due to the +tax? The other items said +tax but didn't charge me tax. Under tax it has
    $0.00. Please help!

    Lol, not true you get 1 refund. Last time I called them up I got a refund for my Indie game for $1.00 and I bought another game for $1.00.

    Incorrect prices on the marketplace

    The items in the marketplace are [usually] rounded to the 5 or 0 if it's 1.00 or less and to the .99 if it's above that.

    Lol, not true you get 1 refund. Last time I called them up I got a refund for my Indie game for $1.00 and I bought another game for $1.00.

    Can't buy stuff from Marketplace (web)

    The problem is: even when I can still buy most games on Console, sometimes I'm unable to buy something on my Xbox because of my region (I live in Mexico, very close to the US border). That's when the web marketplace came in handy.

    It worked ok until the last update and the removal of MSP.

    Right know is that I'm unable to "buy the FREE" Rainbow Six given to gold members. On console sometimes I got the error XXXXX-idontremember, which meant that my physical region and my 360 region didn't match. But instead of migrating the Live account to
    Mexico, I just simply used web marketplace.

    It worked, everytime, until this last update.

    I'm still a Gold Family Member of an american account, so I'm unable to switch regions (because of Gold Family Pack restrictions), so migrating my account to Mexico so I can get the free games it's a no go.

    tl;dr

    Until my Gold Member account becomes regular Gold, I'm unable to buy games from your site, and also unable to get the free games from both your site and my Xbox's marketplace.

    Hey there HEADSHOT 40cal,

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. To first rule out some factors, have you tried purchasing something on your account via Xbox.com recently? If not, I would suggest trying that first by purchasing a free Xbox One item from Xbox.com like a game from
    Games with Gold, for instance.

    Once you have purchased that free Xbox One item, check on your Xbox One console to see if it prompts to download. Another good place to check to see if you've purchased something successfully would be on
    commerce.microsoft.com in the
    Purchase History section.
