Xbox Marketplace is telling me to buy a game I digitally bought on my 360

Hello all,

So I am trying to play Dark Souls 1 on my Xbox One in preparation for Dark Souls 3. I bought it digitally on Xbox 360 a couple years back when it was on sale. How do I access it on my Xbox One? It should be listed under My Games and Apps but its not. Any
idea's or do I need to contact Microsoft?

Bought a game digitally on 360, Xbox One wants me to buy it again!

I bought Limbo on my 360, and I know it's in my account. Other games I've bought digitally are able to be re-downloaded onto my Xbox One no problem. For some reason, it wants me to buy Limbo again, which is ridiculous. How do I fix it?

I bought a game digitally through my Xbox 360, and I was wondering what will the name of my purchase will be on my monthly statement bill?

Alright so last month ago I bought 2 games. One of the games was bought digitally through my Xbox 360, and the other game was bought online through the Xbox website. So I got my bill today and the game I bought through my Xbox 360 was named ¨MSFT Billing¨,
and the other one I bought through the Xbox website was named MSFT Xbox Live¨. So I'm planning to buy a game digitally through my Xbox 360, and I was wondering when I get it bill will it be named after MSFT Billing, or MSFT Xbox Live?

P.S I'm using a mastercard

same problem, bought the dlc on xbox 360 marketplace and in the game tells me buy now, we tried everything we could, removed update, reinstalled but nothing I hope they will come up with a solution

i had bought borderlands to xbox 360 and other things from marketplace, now i dont have that xbox console anymore, but im going to buy new 360. can i play them if i download my account and games that i had bought from marketplace, in offline with my new
360 ?

I have exactly the same issue. Bought Split/Second on the Xbox 360 digital marketplace, it clearly states it is compatible with Xbox One, then the damn 360 just decided to RRoD on me, and Idecided to keep playing the game on my Xbox One, the store says I don't own the game.If I go to the xbox 360 marketplace on my browser, it says I own the game, the order history also indicates that I own the game, but in the Xbox One store it says I have to buy it again. Contacted Microsoft rep and they decided that I should rebuy the game again on the Xbox One, start the installation and they would refund the value, since I already have the game. Installed the game, but it won't run, still says I don't own the game... Digital is the future... Sure thing... My mistake was acquiring a All Digital Xbox One version.....

Update: Just checked both my Xbox One and the microsoft store and it seems this issue is now fixed for me after 3 whole days...

release and buying it on the Marketplace gets you access to the Xbox One version for $10.
