Xbox Marketplace in UAE Are Expensive

It's not down to Microsoft.

It's just the way the world works,things are more expensive in some countries than they are in others due to the way a countries economy works.

I'm not sure how your friend download it, but when I check the marketplace for UAE, the full game is not available for purchase. Dead Rising 2: Case Zero is available for free.

You bought your 360 in the UAE? UAE is a region on the
XBOX website...

plus does this mean i can't use the services of zune for movies and music streaming!? if this is the case you shouldn't sell your product over here wherein we are paying the full amount of your product but can't get the full services!

The UAE page makes no mention of Live or the Marketplace.

You're paying for a console. You aren't paying for Live.

Hi, I am purchasing it from the Xbox App on Windows 11, I have double checked that my region in settings is set to UAE and my card is issued in the UAE

How long are you going to be there? If for an extended period you have a couple of options.

Migrate your present account to the UAE
live.xbox.com/AccountMigration. This will ensure you get presented offers and content specific for that region. However you may lose access to content bought in the UK, as some of it requires your account and physical region to match. Also Microsoft Points
are region locked.

Second choice is perhaps the best if you aren't there for long. Create a new account with the UAE as its region for use on the marketplace and play the content on your UK account.

I believe that the UAE use the same 230v system as the UK but it would be best to check with the location you are moving to.
