Xbox Marketplace code redeemed incorrect content

I purchased a code for the Borderlands Pre-Sequel Season Pass, but when redeemed, it unlocked the Borderlands 2 Season Pass (which I already owned).

commerce.microsoft.com has no record of this purchase because it was bought from Best Buy, not Microsoft directly.

Ok, however the website I listed shows everything you added to the account regardless of where it was purchased from. That's one of the great things about the site.

Can you tell me if the card specifically says that it was the Pre-Sequel pass?

You should contact phone support for your region as well though. They may be able to cancel the pass you got in exchange for the one you wanted.

I'm trying to redeem a code for my Xbox 360, but it says "This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code". It says you can redeem codes on live.xbox.com as well but when I go there it says everything has moved to the Xbox app. I open the app, go to Store, then click REDEEM. When I type in the code, it shows the same thing it said when I tried it on the redeem.microsoft.com website. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code." WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO PUT IT IN HUH? The code is unused and was made in 2015. Help.
