    I bought Trap Team Skylanders Starter Pack in HK. The disc was scratched while in the machine. I thought I would be able to download a copy of the game in the marketplace. It is not available. None of the stores here seem to carry a single copy.

    there could simply be an issue with the marketplace atm, try restarting your xbox... if that doesn't work wait an hour or so and try again.

    Not every game is available for download through the marketplace. If it's not in local stores, you can try buying it online somewhere.

    Thank you for the reply. I am assuming if I go online to say the USA the disk will be regionally coded and won't work here. I will try and see if toys r us will order it for me.

    Hi there - Firstly, please refrain from cussing as it will probably make people less inclined to helping you out, as well as contravening the forum guidelines.

    Try un-installing the DLC from your Xbox, clear your cache, and then re-download the DLC pack. When you load up the game, as the cache has been cleared, you'll be prompted to download the latest patch again. If this doesn't work, please get back in touch
