Xbox manager cursing

The X box support manager on call on Nov. 5th 2017 feels it is OK to curse out a customer and then tell his other employs to deney he talked to or said any of that, but little do u know since I consent to recording I have what u said recorded. So there
is your proof and I am going to take my spare time and let every one know how poorly you do your job untill someone takes notice.

Code of Conduct and if anything you do is found to breach the code of conduct then it may end up in an Enforcement Action being taken against you.

with all the legal crap they give u enough ways to delete/block/avoid any player on the network sooo that legal statement is to cover there behinds

 

Waste of time posting about it here. Phone support and the forum are separate departments and don't talk to each other.

 

Trouble is, no-one of any importance will 'take notice.' As for recordings, they'll go missing the very moment anyone in charge goes looking for it.

 

When did cursing become an offense? According to all these people with communication bans it's not a big deal and should be allowed.

part of the problem is non of you actually care about this. if its true or not, and offer nothing constructive.

I would try and remember the name, time and number called. File a BBB.org report and state what happened. They will have to follow up. otherwise company reputation starts to dwindle. that about the best you can do unfortunately.
