    Xbox malfunction help??


    Hello everyone,

    Over the course of the year my Xbox one has started malfunctioning slowly and becoming worse over time. It started with my console every once in a while loosing connection to my wireless controllers, then my xbox started randomly signing me out of my xbox
    account and loosing connection to Xbox live out of nowhere. Then eventually, my xbox one started loosing connection to WIRED CONTROLLERS as crazy as that sounds. I am not able to play half the time I try to get on my xbox because of controller issues and its
    super frustrating that I bought this console that wasn't cheap and it is bugging out on me. Any fixes that may help? Thanks!

    xbox malfunction

    mine keeps saying sign in with emailand password and i type that in and then it says sorry somethings wrong with your microsoft account go to https:account.live .com for help and i hav triedd that a lot but then it gives me a code and this doesnt even tell
    me how to fix it

    Hi Kathy,

    The problem still exists. Just note that it is a PC malfunction and not an XBOX malfunction.

    Does it matter to be associated with the appropriate forum?

    MY console is being controlled by someone else

    Try wiping down the buttons with a slightly wet cloth or micro-fiber cloth because gunk and such will stick, making your Xbox malfunction. Hope this Helps!

    It would seem that the NIC malfunctioned and needs to be replaced. Calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX you can help verify this and set up a repair if need be.
