Xbox making new account even though there is already an account

so my cousin put his account info on to my xbox one to game share but every time it make a whole new account

Multiple Gamertags on one Microsoft Account

So I just created a new Xbox Live account with an invalid email by accident and now I'm trying to switch it onto my pre-existing account that has two gamertag already. However when I try to reassign it to the account, it says that there is already an existing
account, even though I already have two on it. My question is how do I add a third gamertag on an account with two already?

Hello ,
First time posting here .
So recently i bought a used xbox one with few digital games in it playable off course. As i have learned that I am able To play these games because seller has this xbox as his home console, even though there was mo sign in .
So ya , i now want to remove his account completely from this Xbox even though i will not be able
To play his games anymore.
So how to remove his home account from this xbox one? And creat
My new home account?

After he puts his account on your console he'll need to set your console as his Home console in order for that to work. Has he done that yet? Here's how to do that

He cant get it on. When ever we put in his info the xbox makes him a whole new account. And we tried it several time but it does the same thing.

 

like i will enter the info and it will ask about his privacy stuff. Then it will say this is what you look like and it is not him.

In this case it's best to have him contact our chat/phone team for a closer look at his account. It's possible that he's using the incorrect information.
