    I pre-ordered call of duty black ops cold war a while ago and It came out and i was having fun. When I got home I wanted to play and it says I have to buy it. I spent a lot of money on this and now I am furious. Please help me.

    http://billing.microsoft.com. Make sure you see the purchase there. If you don't, the purchase didn't go through and it's correct in saying buy it. Otherwise, you may need to contact Xbox Support.
