Xbox makes a loud buzzing sound

When my xbox starts up from a restart or from a shutdown it makes a loud buzzing sound through my speakers, it stops once it gets to the home menu. Ive tried switching hdmi ports, different hdmi cords, power cycling, and switching wall outlets. When i
mute the tv the sound stops. Its an xbox one x if that makes a difference.

Almost sounds like an issue with the audio on your tv and not the xbox. Could be wrong though.

As long as you are not connected to a receiver or using any additional mediums, I would recommend that you adjust your

Audio Output

I'd like you to follow these steps to do this:

Press the Xbox button on your controller.
Scroll over to the right and select System.
Select Settings.
Scroll down to Display & sound.
Select Audio output.

Here I'd like you to confirm that under Speaker audio, your
HDMI audio is set to Stereo uncompressed.

Give this a try and let us know if you still reproduce the same buzzing sound!

Could be the outlets themselves

I tried switching outlets and hdmi cords, it doesnt happen if i turn it on from rest, it only happens on a reset or if it turns on from anything other than rest mode. My switch and ps4 have no issues. Ill try a different tv and see what happens though.

That didnt work either, it got to the preparing console screen and then it started buzzing at 50 percent, then it stopped at 70 percent, before i tried the reset netflix was playing in slow motion. The video was slow and the audio was in slow motion. If
you can give me an email address i have a short 8 second video of the buzzing
