Xbox madden 18 code issue

I recently saw a banner that advertised, buy gold and get madden 18. I then bought gold and still have not received a download code. I have talked with Xbox support twice and the first time I was told wait 72 hours and the second time I was redirected here,
please help!

Apologies for some confusion with this promotion, While it shows Madden 18 on the promotion splash image, this offer is for Xbox Live Gold which should give you 50% off the subscription. There isn't a free copy of Madden 18 included I'm afraid.
