    Thank you for reaching out. I understand you are having issues signing in with an older account on your Xbox 360? Try logging in to our
    Xbox website. If you are able to access it with no issues, there could be something going on with your profile. If it's any help, Xbox 360 account passwords
    cannot exceed 16 characters. Let us know how it goes. :D

    Try clearing your Xbox 360's memory cache:

    • Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
    • Select Storage or Memory.
    • Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
    • Select Clear System Cache.
    • When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
