    I am having problems with i the Xbox live services when I try to change my Xbox live privacy settings it tells me Thier services are down. Does anyone know what I can do

    Xbox love seriously needs to fix this problem because they charge us for everything and they don't give us quality service

    Xbox and Xbox Live Compared to other Consoles These Days?

    Xbox is the top dog when it comes to consoles and online service. Unlike other companies, Microsoft at least attempts to police their online service and ban those individuals who love to ruin the gaming experiences of others. The Wii is basically a glorified
    N64 and the PS3 has had problem after problem with PSN since the spring time. Also, PSN doesn't seem to care about modders/hackers on their system... probably because it is a free service.

    I've got the same problem. I would love to hear a response from someone on how to fix this, or if they're even going to acknowledge a problem with the service could possibly be their fault.

    Note: The xbox was in a decive fixer in 2023-2022 back then, My brother has also reseted it and still it didn't get any better (was resetted in feb 2025)

    If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

    but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to
    http://xbox.com     - sign in there if you can - then go to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
