Me podrían apoyar con un problema que tengo, pague la suscripción a Xbox live gold (la de $139). Y al iniciar sesion en la xbox y entrar a un juego no me deja jugar y me manda a que me suscriba de nuevo por que no tengo live.

Cabe mencionar que revise los movimientos en la banca movil y si me aparece el cargo de la compra del servicio. Pero no se activa aun el xbox live gold

If could be supported with a problem I have, I paid for the Xbox live gold subscription (the $139 subscription). And when I start session on the xbox and enter a game it won't let me play and sends me to subscribe again because I don't have live.

If there is a way that you could verify that you can see the purchase of the subscription on your

Order history?

If you see the charge here, please, be sure to check out the
Services and subscription page to confirm that the system is recognizing your subscription.

If you see all this info correctly there, then the next thing to try would be to attempt to

remove your account and re-add your account to refresh the services on your account. This should allow you to use your subscription once more.

La renovacion automatica se activa nuevamente cada que compras xbox live gold o game pass, siempre hay que ir a desactivarla después de hacer una compra de alguna membresía para que no se hagan cobros extras.
