    Xbox love cancelled


    I purchased a £50 code for Xbox live that lasted 12 months in August 2021. I also bought a 1 month game pass on the 2nd November 2021 and didn’t like the games so I cancelled it on the 3rd of November 2021. I go to log onto my account and it says my Xbox live has been cancelled, and when I looked on my subscriptions it said that I have cancelled Xbox live when I haven’t touched it

    Because you forgot ti read the agreement

    You forfeited the gold time

    Ok what happens is you buy gold and upgrade to xgu

    You agree to upgrade your time to xgu and wouldn't have been charged till 1month plus your remaining gold expires so max of 13months assuming you didn't get bonus times that happen sometimes

    As PER the agreement of the free upgraded time if you cancel you only get the 1month refunded so if it was the 1 dollar then you only get 1 dollar back and everything else is forfeit as you got a free 50 dollar upgrade

    What you should've done was turn off autorenewal and let it expire since you weren't getting charged

    You can try and contact support but it's not garenteed

    If the Game Pass code was for Game Pass Ultimate, not just Game Pass, then the remaining Gold you had would have been converted to Game Pass Ultimate when you redeemed that code since Ultimate includes Gold. So by cancelling the Ultimate subscription, you would have cancelled everything.

    I loved playing 1 vs 100 so many good memories. I was so sad when the game was canceled. I would love to see a reboot or any kind of game show back on the xbox.
