Xbox Loud Fan?

Discus and support Xbox Loud Fan? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am having many issues with my xbox one. for one I have the static noise with my console and am currently hoping that the October update fixes it.     Xbox Loud Fan?


    I am having many issues with my xbox one. for one I have the static noise with my console and am currently hoping that the October update fixes it. But it also sounds like my top fan is messed up also. I can't tell if its the fan or the static noise issue.
    So I don't know if I have one or two issues. Can I get a second opinion on this. Here is a video of my console running idle at the dashboard with no game disk inserted in the console. ()

    Xbox One gets hot?

    How loud is the sound? If it's as loud as the Xbox 360 with an intercooler then I would get that checked out...

    Xbox One X Fan sounds way louder than usual

    Ok I moved it and it has not shut off sense but the Xbox One X Fan noise is not constant and is still loud maybe not as loud as a jet engine like I describe before but still loud way louder than my Xbox One S and OG Xbox One, it would have a fan burst
    when I'm playing which is loud and annoying and the fan noise would never be at a constant noise level while I'm playing a game.

    I thought so but it sounds like a humming, I don't know, I will wait to see if the Update fixes it, if not I guess I have no other choice but to get MS's crappy product repaired.

    easy mistake to make the whine will quieten as machine goes underload, you can say why you mistook it for the fan if take at this picture.

    see those cylinders next to those rectangle boxes by the cpu (marked with a red square) those coils and capacitors that regulate the power that goes cpu. This were your the noise from and why you suspect it was fan as the fan right cpu power supply circuits.

    What sort of sound are you getting? Just a super loud fan sound, or does it sound like the fan is hitting something? I get a super loud fan on my Xbox One X, but never anything more than that.

    Xbox series s makes noise that aren’t coming from the fan, and you can also hear it when the console is off, is that normal?

    It is the fan which is cooling your system, however it should not be loud like that. It is possible that the fan is damaged if the sound is that loud.

    Follow the tips supplied by "Walkie Talkie" but also would not hurt to take a can of air and blow out the fan and inside of the system all around.
