    hello everyone I'm having a little problem, my Xbox One S is missing sound. it happens the following way I turn on the console and play for a few minutes in about 10 to 30 minutes the screen turns black
    and the game back soundless what could be friends?

    was done the tests all right, the problem is when I play after a few minutes the error persists I that the problem may be on the hdmi cable or the worst choice may be on the hdmi console input. Is there

    Hello, does this happened just with one game or all games?

    try, clearing out the game cache since it might be a corrupt file causing this error.
