Xbox loses wireless connection. Help needed!!!

I recently got an Xbox one and for the first day it was good. The next day when I made a party with my friend, my xbox one lost my wireless connection and when I went to reconnect it couldn't find any wireless connection, even ones that weren't mine. This
happened for several days and to fix it I would restart my Xbox to play for 15-20 minutes before having to restart because my Xbox would constantly lose connection. This would still happen even if I was playing offline. My connection when I do have internet
is good with 20 download speed, 5 upload speed, 0% packet lose, open NAT, and 80 latency. I recently configured my apple router to have a custom DHCP for my Xbox and configured its port settings ( sorry if I got these terms wrong I am not knowledgable wifi
routers) and I have a good motem. This was working for a few days until earlier today when I was in a party with my friend and it happened again and I couldn't reconnect to my wireless connection unless I restarted as usual. I then cleared my cache and this
worked for an hour before the same problems reoccurred. I use the Xbox wired headset that came with my console when I was in my parties with my friends and I had my ps4 in the same spot before and it worked fine. I cannot do a wired connection. All suggestions
are welcomed.

Wireless Adapter Needed?

Randomly on my Xbox, I was signed out of live. When trying to sign back in and while testing connection it said I needed a wireless adapter to use wireless connection. I have an Xbox slim and this problem has never occured before. I need help.

Routers branded as "Apple", are by default, set to block Teredo traffic. Where the Xbox One needs to tunnel its connection with the help of Teredo, along with IPsec.

1. Open the AirPort Admin Utility. (It is installed in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder on a Macintosh computer, and in Start > All Programs > AirPort on computers using Windows.)

2. With the Utility open select your device from the menu on the left.

3. Select Advanced from the menu at the top.

4. Select the tab labeled IPv6 Firewall.

5. Check the option to Allow Teredo tunnels.

6. Select Update.

It may also be useful to us if you're able to post up the make and model of your modem. To verify if this is a standard modem, or if it's actually a modem combined with a router/NAT.

Apple doesn't support UPnP, as it has its own protocol, Bonjour (zeroconf).

Make sure this protocol are properly setup on your Time Capsule. Here's how:

1. Open the AirPort Admin Utility. (It is installed in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder on a Macintosh computer, and in Start > All Programs > AirPort on computers using Windows.)

2. With the Utility open select your device from the menu on the left.

3. Select Internet from the menu at the top.

4. Select NAT from the sub menu.

5. Check the Enable NAT Port Mapping Protocol check box.

Let us know. We may have troubleshoot a little more.

 

When I open the utility I do not see the option to select my device. I only see my AirPort Extreme online and connected to the Internet. And when I go under network and network options, I don't see three ticks with one of them being allow teredo tunneling
as I've seen in YouTube videos on teredo tunneling. My mother is the Arris TM822 from optimum cable if that helps.

 

I use the same modem with a Netgear R7000 router and I don't have any issues.

The information that I posted was furnished to others using Apple routers and as I am not familiar with it I was hoping it could provide you with the information that you required.

Would you be able to move the console so that you can at least test the console wired to see if it will work wired?

You can do a Google search on 'airport extreme and xbox one' and find a number of links. Hopefully, one of them will address your specific issue.

 

I was playing with my friend but I didn't use the party chat and we played for 2 and a half hours without interruption which is weird because I didn't change anything.

 

Now I played for a little bit today and I get kicked without being in a party or anything. I am unsure what is the cause of it because it doesn't seem to be happening consistsantly.
