Discus and support xbox loses signal to TV when launching some games/apps in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Some games and apps, not all, seemed to be random, when you launch them, I see a splash screen for the game/app for a few seconds, then screen goes...     xbox loses signal to TV when launching some games/apps


    Some games and apps, not all, seemed to be random, when you launch them, I see a splash screen for the game/app for a few seconds, then screen goes black, then in few seconds later, TV loses signal. If I xbox,down,A I can get the signal back. So the xbox
    knows what its doing. But why is it dropping the signal to my TV? Worked on my Xbox One, and S. Not working on the new X.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried launching from external and internal storage. Removed the 512m Reserved Space under Saved Data (For BF1 for example). Replaced HDMI cable that worked for original xbone and S without issue with the one that came with the
    X. None of them fixed the issue.

    Thoughts?

    Reset everything back to factory. So far so good. 2 of the games are working, we'll see what happens after using more apps and after a few days. Still have issues trying to get my TV to like the 4k. No issues with last 2 xbones.
    When I try changing resolution to 4k, screen goes black, then loses signal. If I left then A (triggering the yes to confirm), it takes it.

    Still running good. No more losing signal after factory reset. Give it a week and I'll call her good!

    No more issues since then. Resetting to factory fixes it! Thank you everyone for your help.....

    Restart (pull plug) XB1 to get Live TV working after 'sleep mode'

    I had the white TV icon with the Error message "For Some Reason TV Took Too Long To Start (0x8027025a)". The temporary fix for this was to disable the powering on of my DTV box, TV, and soundbar. I have had no issues with losing the signal from my DTV
    HDMI input after this either. Separate issues, but when I disabled the above features, the TV app did not lock, and I no longer had the "no signal" from TV problem other than when I forgot to turn on my DTV box before waking the XB1.

    Yes. Again, same cables, same setup when I had the original Xbone installed as well as the S until the X came along without any issues. Yes I own all three versions...... All games/apps worked for 2 days. Now some do some dont and TV loses signal. Swapped
    HDMI cables with the one that came with the X, no change.
