Xbox loosing connection to controller

My xbox have been doing this for a long time now. Whenever i don't have my controller connected via wire, it disconnects from time to time even doe it is charged. I've also been having some trouble with my razer headset (for xbox) that disconnects sometimes(not
as often as the controller) but the noise in the headset sometime gets really weird and even adds weird noises.

The xbox meny also feels alittle bit slow and when i have the xbox on instant-on mode the fps is decreased in the games?

Does anyone have similar problems. I have an xbox one x scorpio.

Are you using a wired Xbox controller or a wire plugged into the Xbox controller? If you are using your own wire to charge your Xbox controller I would try using a different cord. If you are using a wired controller, check to make sure your Xbox Controller
is fully up to date.
Hereis a troubleshooter on updating your controller.

Updating your controller may fix your controller and headset going in and out.

Your Xbox being on Instant-On mode shouldn't take away from your FPS. I would recommend

hard restarting your Xbox and seeing if that solves the issue.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
